It's a question of trust

Identity Services Exchange

When service providers use NeuStar's Identity Services Exchange (ISX), their trading partners join a "circle of trust." That is, NeuStar manages the business rules and policies to which the partners have agreed to govern their interactions. This means that their subscribers can have a new level of confidence in receiving or sending content to or from a third party.

NeuStar ISX drives the transaction exchange by creating a dynamic yet secured content or access distribution channel, with features that include:

  • Single sign-on
  • Premium payment
  • Age verification
  • Presence or location-based applications
  • Digital Rights Management (DRM)

Each transaction associated with any of the services enabled by NeuStar's ISX is completed in an open, standards-based identity and security environment.
